Q: Can I pick up my order if I live nearby?

We don’t offer order pickup, but there is free shipping in the United States on all of our products.

Q: I was looking at a Ready to Ship cup, but it's no longer available. How can I get one just like it?

As each cup is handmade, it won't be 100% identical to the one in the Ready to Ship product photos, but we can create a new cup with same design. Check out the custom tumbler listings to pick a design template, you might even be inspired to put your own spin on a cup you already love! Q: Do you offer gift cards?

Q: How can I contact you?

Q: What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major US credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Q: Are items saved in my cart?

Items left in your cart are not saved if you leave the store. We can’t guarantee a product will still be available if you come back to the shop later, even if it was already in your cart.

Q: Can I stack discounts?

Not at this time. Only one discount can be applied per order.

Orders and Shipping

Q: I just placed my order, when should I expect it to ship?

Ready to Ship cups are just that, ready-to-ship, without any customization they will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders have a minimum processing time of 10 calendar days to ensure food safety and the highest quality possible. Depending on the complexity of the cup and what customization is chosen, production times may vary and will be specified on your invoice.

Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used when you placed your order when your order ships. You can also log into your account by clicking the My Account link at the top of our site to view your previous orders and their status.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

At this time, it is our policy not to allow for order cancellations or changes. If a selection was made in error, or there was an incorrect spelling, reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order and we can do our best to accommodate the order update. You must include your order number, and the email address associated with your order, or we won't be able to lookup the order in time.

Q: How can I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number.

Q: How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping anywhere in United States. For Canadian orders, we are currently charging a $10 flat rate, but we hope to be able to reduce this in the future.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer shipping to all of Canada. If you're interested in ordering from any other country, please contact us directly and we can work out your shipping.

Cup Care

Q: Someone accidentally put my cup in the dishwasher. What do I do?

While our cups are not dishwasher safe, your cup may be fine! Please inspect your cup carefully to see if there is any damage, do not continue use if there are cracks in the seal.

Q: How do I clean my tumbler or glass?

In order to increase the longevity of your cup, we recommend hand washing the cup with the soft side of a sponge only. We recommend not using the rough side of a sponge or a scouring pad as it can damage the outer layer of epoxy on the cup or damage any decals. We also recommend avoiding the dishwasher since it can reduce the lifespan of the cup and damage any epoxy or decals.

Q: Is it safe to drink from the tumblers?

The epoxy we use to seal our tumblers is FDA certified and is safe to use with both hot and cold food and liquids.

Q: Are your tumblers double walled?

All of our stainless steel tumblers are double walled to provide insulation to keep your drink hot or cold.

Q: Are your cups microwave safe?

No, our cups are not microwave safe. The tumblers are stainless steel and can damage your microwave. Also, the epoxy and vinyl decals many of our cups have are not microwave safe.
